No Design view of in SL3?

Hi, I just do the clean install of my Working environment.

I installed Visual Studio 2008 Team System, and install SP1.

Next I Install Silverlight 3 tool for Visual Studio 2008 SP1.

No Error here!!!

When I create new Silverlight Project, No error too.

But after creating silverlight project I got only the "source view" with lines of codes, and the intellesene are working fine, everything working fine, no error.

The only one thing is, I don't have the "Design view" of my Silverlight Dev Environment.

So can anyone help?

There's no design view for Silverlight 3. The full design support will be available in Visual Studio 2010.

Taken from Shine Draw:

"Point your mouse below the scroll bar of the XAML editor carefully, then you are able to drag it up to split the view."

Use Blend 3 until the release of VS2010 [:D]

I am having the same problem, but I followed Aq suggestion, and yes it is hiding underneath the XAML editor. There is some confusion on the Design Preview, yes it will be fully supported in VS2010, this means you can drop controls and change the layout from inside the Design Pane.

But the issue that I was having was the VS2008 it will show you a view only preview on the Design Pane, after I installed SL3 SDK it looked like it did not support the view only Preview, but the problem is that it is hiding underneath XAML editor pane and you have to split it at the bottom.

This Works!!! It allows you to split the pane but you cant swap it to the top. At least you can see it though...

Nice one Ag, you're right! I've been searching EVERYWHERE for a solution to this problem, and this is the only suggestion that worked It's not perfect, but it's good enough for what I need.
