In this case, SIlverlight don't like spanish email addresses.
In a simple TextBox isn't possible to type "AltGr" chars, like "@ # ¬ € ¬ | \ [ ] { }" ... I explain a litle more this bug:
The Spanish keyboards have a key called "AltGr" that is equivalent to press "Control" + "Alt" key. This key allows to type special characters like "@ # ~ € ¬ | \ [ ] { }". Some of this chars are very common, try to type an email without typing the "@" char.
