Xap packaging failed,why?

hi,guys

I meet the problem:Error 1 Xap packaging failed. Access to the path 'D:\sliverlight\login\login\obj\Debug\XapCache\login.dll' is denied. who can tell me the reason?

Close the browser. Close the VS. then, re-open the VS and re-build your application again.

btw, What is "XapCache"?
