Silverlight" listing
I just had the opposite problem:
1) Under "tools / manage add-ons / microsoft" silverlight was not displaying.
2) But, under "tools / internet options / programs / microsoft" silverligth was there but disabled. If I enabled it here then it started showing up in "1" again.
This started after installing vs2010 and using "tools / manage add-ons" to start and stop silverlight so that I could test seo. When going to a silverlight site it would ask to install silverlight but would not successfully install it because it said that
it was already installed. Doing "2" fixed it so that it stopped asking to install silverlight.
