Yes I am trying to emulate a PUSH. The communication has to be HTTP, being this a requirement, on port 80. So I can only se this coming with a get message. Is not any way that I can do it?

I am trying to make a communication between the SL client and a web server (port 80) through http. I wan to do a GET, in wich the server responds with a 200 OK, and then sets a content-lenght big enough to keep sending me pieces of information from time to time, within the same TCP session.

I think I did not make myself clear. I wish to use Smooth Streaming to provide different bitrates, but also to provide quick changing times (I don't know how quick this can be) between different videos (not different bitrates of the same video).

I want to use Smooth Streaming to rapidly change video streams (change to a different video), by using it's capability of start almost instantly receiving the new one at a low bitrate.
