Where SHOULD Microsoft.VisualStudio.Xaml.dll be? I see a bunch of dlls with VS, but not that one.

Can someone verify for me that they can see Microsoft.VisualStudio.Xaml when they do a gacutil /l?
I don't see it there. I DO see it in c:\windows\assembly. Is that an issue? Or is it just that gacutil only shows things that it put there as opposed to things that msi put there?

I can create projects again. I inadvertently left a "/safemode" on the shortcut I used to launch the program.
So I am still in the condition that when the xaml is opened, I see the text for a moment, then it looks like it is trying to do the rendering (even though I said in the Tools|Options to use text editor). ...

Okay, so I tried to open a xaml and it still blows up. But if I can't create projects either so I guess that isn't surprising.

I've definitely installed .net framework, and the Silverlight tools. Multiple times.I think I did the VS SP1 or some sort of update the Windows Update said it needed after reinstalling VS Shell.
It this point I'm even worse off. I can't create ANY kind of project. I'm using Oxygene as the compiler and VS says ...

I've been uninstalling and reinstalling since last Thursday. Still no luck.
