If i set a breakpoint on the the server eg. GetCustomer it takes ages before it gets there. Also the LoadedData event occurs a long time after leaving the service call.
I removed the ActivityControl and it is working as expected.
Detail: I'm running in a virtual XP evnvironment under W7.

Well this didn't work either, but i discovered something else.....
i deleted my: C:\Documents and Settings\John\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server Data\SQLEXPRESS contents and quess what....
Eureka i managed to login again!

I looked at the WCF extensibility sample but it gives me the same error:
Load operation failed for query 'Login'.
Is there any one how can actually run these samples in XP VS2008 SP1 and the WCF RIA services.
I would like to see a test project that runs so that we can have a working situation.
Or is this a problem to ...

I'm just running the SQLEXPRESS2008 on my development.
It has always worked that way in the previous versions of .NET RIAservices. But now with the new WCF RIA services it fails......

I've created a blank businessapplication and get the same error in a localhost setting.
A normal get seems to work but the authentication fails to login. The details shpw that it cant't connect to the sqlserver.....
