If you open a terminal window on a Mac, you can use those commands to delete files. You can also type "man rm" (without the quotes) in a terminal window for more details on the 'rm' command

Do you have the flashblocker add on installed? That's been a source of trouble for some folks. We haven't figured out exactly how or why it's messing up Silverlight, but you should try disabling it and the restarting Firefox

Are your users getting through the entire installation all the way up to the final "Silverlight has been successfully installed" screen? If they haven't gotten a successful install, it would help to know exactly what error page they get directed to. If they are able to install, can they access any silverlight content ...

All 1.0 content should work with the current 1.1 Alpha build installed. Did you try to view a few sites with 1.0 content? Do you remember which ones didn't work?

So the fact that you can view SL content on the web means that SL is installed properly. A lot of folks have been having trouble getting the samples working. Usually the problems are due to a bad install of some part of the SDK. I don't work on the SDK so I'm probably not the best person to help you with this. ...
