I did exactly the steps you had mentioned but without an internet connection, but the Silverligh_tools.exe didn't ran successfully. So i applied an alternative approach. While installing Silverligh_tools.exe extracts the installation files on a temporary folder having a unique name in hard drive. I copied the files and run the required ...
