I figured it out. The link above goes to the regular Expression Blend, I uninstalled that one and installed the May Preview version and viola!

i'm having the same issue "The project file "C:\...\Page.xaml" is not valid. The element <Canvas> is unrecognized, or not supported in this context. I have Expression Blend, Orcas Beta 1 installed and Futures but am still getting the error message. Any other ideas?
