If you right-click on your toolbox and select "Reset Toolbox" does this fix the problem?
(Note: the reset takes a while. Wait until you're ready for a break...)

Thanks! I appreciate your supplying the data. I thought perhaps some items succeeding in installing and one failed, but there's no indication of this.
The problem is specific to the way IE interprets the need to install, then. Perhaps a single registry key or browser setting is responsible.
