Doing a little research it seems like it may be a problem with Limelight networks which is probably the CDN for Microsoft. Seeing as how some people can get to it and other cannot, the file probably has not propagated to all of the servers or there is a problem with their servers (more likely given the 404). I'm having the same problem. I've tried the links from many places, but it keeps going to the same place. I contacted MS support and they blamed it on Vista. I tried it from an XP machine, no luck. Tried it from IE, FireFox, Chrome, no luck. A 404 is a pretty self explanatory error. Why can't they ...
