    Same here. Spent four hours trying to fix the Cayman 3546-002 problem while on the phone with AT&T tech. Found this page and it solved the problem. I uninstalled SilverLight and everything is back up and running. Thanks all of you for your help. AT&T needs to know this problem exists. Thanks!
