Uninstall the beta and reboot. Then you can access the alpha version with no issues. The projects work then.

I uninstalled the beta and then went to install the alpha version. At first it kept just showing the EUA and accept. I rebooted and went back and it worked. Now the projects work correctly except if you try to rename TestPage.html.
