    Silverlight for Mobile devices

    Mar 12, 2009 02:42 PM | LINK

    Hi,

I'm very new in Silverlight but keep on learning [;)]

Can you tell me if I write some Silverlight application would it be possible for me to run it on Mobile Device (using emulator for example). When exactly  the Silverlight for Mobile devices will be released ? My idea is : the Silverlight application which I wrote on my Visual Studio to be browsed in Mobile Device - specially Pocket PC by using it's Internet capabilities.

P.S. Sorry if my English is confusing ...

Thx I already read this before but it's already 2009 and still no info for releasing Mobile Silverlight. Besides would it be a problem to write some Silverlight application and try it with emulators which Mobile SDK provides?

    Hi E_milcheva,

I found a CTP version which is for internal only.  Currently, we cannot assure you its release time or something else.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  Thanks for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Jonathan
