Hi all
i would like to ask whether there is a HTML editor (like CuteEditor) which is created using silverlight ?

Do you mean an HTML / rich text editor component for Silverlight?
Vectorlight make a decent Rich Text Editor component, check out: http://www.vectorlight.net/controls/rich_textbox.aspx

what i actually want is for the end user to use my system to edit their template such as add image , add text label and set the font type....but i would like the image and the text label is dragable ....
do u have any idea on this type of component ?

sorry i have not seen a rich text / html editor that supports drag and drop and other advanced features, but i know my company would happily pay the license fee if one was available
