I would like to give some feature requests and feedback to the Silverlight team but cannot find a forum for it. Where is the best place for that?

I filled it out. Wasn't able to input my email in case they are interested in speaking further.
So there is no forum for our Silverlight wishes?

You can submit all Developer Division (including Silverlight) bugs and suggestions through the Developer Division Connect site. I found this information in Othmane Rahmouni's blog post: Submitting Silverlight Bugs and Suggestions.
