when using silverlight 3 within internet explorer 8 ( we havent investingated other versions of ie) silverlight 3 applications , not just our application seem to lock up when the mousewheel is turned RAPIDLY with Ctrl pressed.
Does however not seem to be an issue in firefox...
Is this a know problem?

This issue will be routed to the product unit who works on this specific feature area for triage and resolution. I’ll paste all responses from the product unit in this thread.
