I've been having problems off and on with the new silverlight player. But, I had been able to get some halfway decent watching until today. I started watching a program and the Silverlight player stopped, telling me that my internet connection had slowed and Netflix needed to refigure. Funny thing, it just locked up and I had the red box. So, I went to speedtest which told me my internet connection was 5.6 Mbps. If that isn't enough for Netflix then what is???? I don't think It was MY connection having the difficulty, more like it was Netllix's connection or servers having the problem. I've been a Nervlix member for years, I certainly wish that Netflix cared a bit more about their members/customers than they appear to.

Not sure this is the right forum. Why don't you contact Netflix or your ISP and complain?
Just because you got 5.6mbps to the server you are testing your speed against, doesn't mean you have that bandwidth to the netflix servers.
