&lt;p&gt;3. reinstall from &lt;a href="http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight"&gt;www.microsoft.com/silverlight&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;(IIRC there is&amp;nbsp;a plugins folder&amp;nbsp;in&amp;nbsp;&amp;quot;my mac&amp;quot;\Library\Internet Plug-ins&amp;quot;,&amp;nbsp;and another in \users\Library\Internet Plug-ins\)&lt;/p&gt;
