It will allow you to add rich scheduling functionality and has many customization capabilities. Here are some demos:

Visual WebGui is an open source framework over visual studio. It allows you to develop applications in a WinForms design mode and to distribute the same application in several presentation layers such as DHTML, Silverlight and smart client.

You can check our web site and see our DHTML Scheduler control which is a work in progress. In mid July we plan to lunch our Visual WebGui over Silverlight beta and we hope to convert the Scheduler control to work in Silverlight as well for the beta.

As always you will get source of the Scheduler control and you will be able to customize the control to fit to your need.

Also we are going to publish very soon a fully functional outlook web access application (also an open source) in DHTML and in Silverlight that will contain the Scheduler control as soon as we convert it to Silverlight.

You can read more about us here.
And can see our DHTML controls here.

You can find a lot of examples and answers in our forums and the learn section of our site.

Hope this helps a bit.

Regards
