Originally, this sub-site "Slideo" is built on Silverlight. I designed it with Microsoft Expression Blend 2. The Blend if of version 2.0.1523.0.

I found that I can just create a Silverlight 1.0 site project with this Blend.

Recently, I got a problem. When I released my application, somebody told me that they could not see the simplified chinese characters in my web page but a number of small rectangles. Then I tried, and found I can see the characters correctly.

I found that I installed the Silverlight 2.0. I removed it and re-installed a version 1.0 one. Then I found I just can see the rectangles instead of the characters.

Do you anybody have any idea on this problem? Is it possible that the simplified chinese characters are not supported by Silverlight 1.0?

If I have to use Silverlight 2.0 instead, how to create a Silverlight 2.0 project ? As I found that I could not do it with Blend 2.

Only 3 options are available in Blend 2 to create a new project: WPF Application, WPF Control Library, and Silverlight 1 Site.

Moreover, I installed the Silverlight 2 SDK in my laptop.

Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
