&lt;p&gt;I like the code you wrote, still one technical issue left, and it is about ViewportOrigin property of MultiScaleImage. My confusion is about the value/range of ViewportOrigin. I think the value of ViewportOrigin should be represented in logical form, so, it should be between 0 and 1, but from the MSDN sample,&lt;/p&gt;
