&lt;p&gt;silverlight sdk &amp;amp; silverlight tools&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;can Microsoft.windows.control.datavisualization.dll be added to vs 2008 express edition&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;as it is giving error could not load system.windows assembly when i add dll as reference,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;neither can i add to the toolbox&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;any help?&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
