Hello,
I had previously created an account; lost the password; so went to password recovery.
It stated that an email has been sent to my account. Waited many hours. No email arrived. Checked Spam filter and folder. No email arrived.
Tried it all again. Waited... checked spam... waited... checked... NO EMAIL.
Couldn't find an email address for forum administrator, so I created this NEW account (with different email address) so I could post this message. However, would much prefer to use my original username and email address.
Can someone who runs this site please help?
Thanks,
Tony

if you let me know the loginname of the account you're having trouble with (send me a private mesage), i will contact you at the email address registered with that account.

Thanks Terri and Mike for your replies.
I managed to remember the password to my original account - graymatter - and did get looged in.
However, I checked the email address and it is the correct one, and the same one that I entered for the password recovery process. So, seems like there might be a problem with the password recovery system perhaps.
Anyway, for me at least, all is OK now. And I've now saved the password in the vault.
All the best,
