Socializer Gallery Project Help

Hello,

I'm new to using Silverlight and have downloaded the Socializer Gallery Project to learn.  Does any one have any documentation or help for customizing the app.  I've been able to change the pictures using the XML file in the data directory, but there's gotta be a better way as it seems too tedious to cut and paster in the XML files.
