I have the express editions of VS 2008, are they not compatible with the SDK? I have the 05 version, and I guess I could hack it out with the template, but I would like to use VS 2008 to see what I would get if I upgraded.

For the love of... A search box didn't jump out at me, hence this posting. Looks like I will have to wait or download the 4 gigs, uninstall the express versions, then install the trial version... Not a good start.
