To Get SilverLight Installed and Work with Visual Studio 2005

I am using VS 2005 and Ajax controls....then third party controls like Infragistics also...

I want to know how can i install and create a sample application of Silverlight in VS2005..

Please help with suggestions..Thanks in advance

Also grab the project template from Silverlight Project Template for Visual Studio 2005 by Håvard Stranden
