Deep Zoom Composer February 2009 - broken

I have many problems with Deep Zoom Composer February 2009:

1. When I use more than 1 image, I can see images in Silverlight/SaedragonAJAX very rarely (usually I see only black area). I use images from Sample Pictures of Windows Vista (when I use Deep Zoom Composer in October version all work good) 

2. SeadragonAJAX: image desappear where I zoom out unawares

3. I see black area in silverlight even I use 1 image only.

4. Silverlight Deep Zoom - export as a collection: dzc_output.xml is missed ! (Metadata.xml and SparseImageSceneGraph.xml only), but value of Source property of MultiScaleImage is dzc_output.xml ! 

5. Silverlight Deep Zoom - export as a composition: metadata.xml is missed (dzc_output.xml SparseImageSceneGraph.xml only)

6. Silverlight Deep Zoom - Visual Studio Project: Why HTML test page and Silverlight are in ClientBin catalog instead of main catalog of web application ?

Does anyone have similar issues? Does anyone know how to resolve the problems with Deep Zoom Composer ?

I tested DZC with Windows Vista SP1 + SL2 (the newest runtime) + Visual Studio 2008 SP1 + Silverlight Visual Studio Tools for VS 2008 SP1
