Greetings,
- Installed the "ASPNETFutures.msi"(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9323777E-FE78-430C-AD92-D5BE5B5EAD98&displaylang=en) for the silverlight server elements. At this point all was still working. - Installed Microsoft Silverlight 1.1 Alpha September Refresh and ended up with the error posted under.
Ps. Removed and installed it all 4 times now and the same error keeps coming back. Google just produces 1 hit…in relation to MSSQL 2005, which I do have installed at this moment.
Sebastian van den Putten.

Expession Blend only supports Silverlight in Version 2, there is no stable version for blend as yet but you can download the Blend 2 Sept. Preview here
http://www.microsoft.com/expression/products/overview.aspx?key=blend
MSFT might also release December Preview for Expression Blend but we don't know when.
I hope it helps

First off, thanks for the quick reply Cass. :)
first off:Is there a difference in the December Preview and the "Expression Studio"? As i can get "Expression Studio" from the Academic Alliance?
also I am still stuck on the error
"Package " Visual Web Developer Project System Package" has failed to load properly (GUID = {39c9c826-8ef8-4079-8c96-428f5b1c323f}). please contact package vendor for assistance. Application restart is recommended, due to possible environment corruption. Would you like to disalbe loading this package in the future? you may use 'devenf/resetskippkg' to re-enable package loading."
when i try to make a new webpage in Orcas Beta 2 (yes Acedemic Alliance doesnt got the 2008 version yet). My attemps at Google.com and reinstalling without the ASPNETfuture.msi have turned up unsuccesfull.
The reason i mentioned Mssql in the first post:" http://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/feedback/ViewFeedback.aspx?FeedbackID=127088 " it is the same error i am having. (Yes i got a 2005-server running local for development.)
Sebastian,

Expression Studio have Blend 1.0 and Blend 1.0 does not support Silverlight projects, you need Blend 2.0 Preview version to work on Silverlight.
I am not sure what is causing the error. Someone from MSFT might help you.

Thank you Cass.
than i'll be downloading the 2.0 preview.
Sebastian.
