Error Code 4001

When i watch movies instantly on my PC from Netflix i get this error code after watching half of the movie, i addressed this issue to Netflix but they told me to contact Microsoft because this is a silverlight issue, can anybody help?

 Windows xp home

Error happens using IE7 or 8
