WinHttpDetectAutoProxyConfigUrl failed with error:

Hi

         

With regard to installation of Silverlight 2.0, my team is facing several issues. The RTM cannot be run and the error message says that Visual Studio 2008 SP 1 has to be installed from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=FBEE1648-7106-44A7-9649-6D9F6D58056E&displaylang=en . However, I am unable to install SP1. The following is the error in the log file. WinHttpDetectAutoProxyConfigUrl failed with error: 12180
