search a tutorial of silverlight

i'm begining here and i like all product microsoft, i like macromedia flash so mush but i think that silverlight is better than flash since it is of Microsoft

my question is easy:

how i can develop a Web page with silverlight ?

i have already plug-in installing it in the PC, and i develop with (visual studio 2005) and (visual studio 6).

someone have a tutorial ?
