I have been developing on Silverlight for quite some time and I am in the process of moving my projects that were written on Beta 2 over to SL 2 RTW.
I have uninstalled everything that is asked to be uninstalled eg Beta Tools, Blend etc first and then installed vs 2008 sp1 and the new dev tools (RC1) although I am led to believe this is correct as RC1 tools are the dev tool for Silverlight2 RTW.
I have rebuilt my apps on the new tools and then installed silverlight 2 client but I get prompted to install silverlight when I browse to the web app.
When I clicked the link to get install silverlight is says
"installed version Silverlight 2 RTW (2.0.31005.0)

I am so glad i asked as I knew someone would know the answer and when I moved from Alpha 1.1 to Beta 2 it took me ages working it all out.
