Still installation problems with Vista and IE7.0

Hello,
I have try to download Silverlight from http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/install.aspx  (or 1.0 beta 1.1 Alpha) but even if I start the installation with "Run" or download in "normal" mode or "As Admin" , I still get the examples from http://silverlight.net/community/communitygallery.aspx only to work if I start IE with admin privileges. Unfortunately I found in the old forum only some other users with the same problem, but no solution.

So, can someone tell me the secret how to get it to work without run the IE as admin?

I have the same problems with IE as admin. Can someone write how to fix it? Greetings
