Hi peeps,
My first question revolves around the flexibility of Silverlight to access the media it has downloaded and allow developers to manipulate it. I imagine there isn't much. For example, if I wanted to write some effect for the sound such as slowing it down: would this be possible? I understand from stuff mentioned in MIX07 that it is possible to extend the Silverlight on a clients computer with non-core components. Would this be the way to achieve such a task? Come to think of it, ultimately all I need is bit level access to the media, which should surely be possible? How about converting MP3 to WAV on the clients PC :)
TIA!

Unfortunately I don't think that it is possible to do that with the current release of 1.0, we requested pixel level manipulation for images and it did not come with 1.0, hopefully it will be part of 1.1, and I do vote here for media manipulation capabilities.
