ScrollViewer layout problem

Hi,

Recently i've notice that the layout the userControl got mess up if i set ScrollViewer VerticalScrollBarVisibility="Auto" HorizontalScrollBarVisibility="Auto".

I have installed the lastest release.
But seem this problem have not slove yet.
Is there any progress on this issue?
