hi,
sorry for my poor english
i'm from brazil and i want to know if it's possible with silverlight to make app(web or windows) wich provides a live tv (capture on tv card) and show any advertsiment in the botton of this app...i'm a .NET developer and i want to make this solution to broadcasting in all tvs in one store.
where i found any resource for this !?
