Hi folks, I´m responsible for the test automation of an product that has plans to migrate to Silverlight 2 soon. I´m used to work with an automation tool like many others easily found on the web, they are based on Microsoft UI Automation. Well, I found out that Silverlight 2 should/will support this technology as well as Microsoft Accessibility but sounds more like gossip than a promess. Has anyone found a serious tool capable of GUI based test automation that works fine with Silverlight 2? Many Thanks

PS: My english isn´t in good shape, sorry folks.

Hello,
I suggest you to give a try "WHITE" framework http://www.codeplex.com/white
I tried this framework for testing a XBAP application and found that it's working fine. It should be the same for Silverlight.

The WebAii framework is really powerful. You should check their latest post as well:

Did you have a look at the framework that is developed by qLabs for test automation of Silverlight applications? You can have a look at the test automation whitepaper at location http://www.impetus.com/qlabs/whitepapers.html
