As I know it is possible, but tricky to do with SL 1.1 alpha. Why do you want to use Silverlight 1.1 Alpha on VS2005, I understood from a previous post that you have already Orcas installed.
Regarding Silverlight 1.0 Beta, it works with VS2005, there is a template that comes with 1.0 beta SDK http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=89144&clcid=0x409 under the folder "SilverlightBetaToolsForVS2005" that will enable you to create 1.0 Beta projects from VS2005
If this answers your question, please select "Mark as answer", if not please post a follow up question.

Is there anything else to install in order to run Silverlight 1.0 on VS 2005? I got the template and tried to create a project from it, but there is no design time xaml intellisence. All the elements have squiggles under them but the project does build. Is there something else I need to install?
