when is the final release due for SL? i thought late summer it is due but it is late summer already?

I don't think late summer was ever stated officially, unless you find that posted by a Microsoft employee. I think the only thing that is certain is that it will be sometime after the Olympics and before the end of the year. If anyone has seen something more specific, please post it.

so from now until the end of the year if i want to use silverlight beta 2 with .net code then i need to buy VS studio which costs a lot here.
this is messy and maybe i should just use flash until this becomes more practical
final release?
