VisualStateManager Bug

I have a few controls on the page of the same "type" and sometimes VSM will change the state for ALL of them.  It's very strange.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Hello, this is a known issue which is intended to be fixed in RTW. But I can't give you any promise at this time...
