DataGrid - hidden row still has tab stops enabled

Refer to this post:

http://silverlight.net/forums/p/11360/75386.aspx#75386

What I noticed when cursoring through the rows using the arrow keys, was that the focus would disappear, then come back.. for example, if I had rows 1-4, and 2 had Visibility.Collapsed, when going from 1 to 3 I would have to cursor down 2 times... when going from 3 to 4 just once.. so the focus was getting moved to a control in the hidden row.

I would think if a row is hidden, it should act like a hidden control and not have tab stops, etc.

I noticed the same thing.

I tried to think of another application that might have similar behavior. Both Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel work exactly as you expect...
