I have VS2008 team suite installed.[I do not have KB949325 installed.]
I have isntalled , SL 2.0 beta 2, then expression blend [All fine]
When installing silver light chaner i got following error

Looks to be a problem with the Developer runtime installing. Can you try uninstalling your current SL 2 Beta 2 runtime and run the chainer again?

Yes I think it is the problem of runtime.Tried to uninstall and reinsall atleast thrice but no effect I have posted a different post http://silverlight.net/forums/t/20613.aspx
Please check it if you can help me out of this

To resolve that problem first of all saw that there should be preinstalled chainer on the machine. Firstly Uninstall all the componet installed on ur sytem related to silverlight i.e. silverlight SDK, Chainer, expression blend.
now the way to install the silverlight is:
1) Install with the Visual Studio2008.
2) Now install Chainer, means Tool s setup..
3) install the silverlight sdk.
4) Instaal the expression studo.(Expression Blend June preview)

I have uninstalled all related things to SL
Now If i even installed the runtime then it doesn't work. [as described in my other post]
After installing The SL 2.0 beta 2 runtime when i go to any silverlight video [let say on channel9]
I see the picture of the video.When I click play then nothing happens and timer wnet away of the video which were appearing before i hit play

There are two versions of the Silverlight runtime - The standard version and the developer version which allows debugging and is included in Silverlight Tools (ie, silverlight_chainer.exe). Silverlight Tools includes the add-in for Visual Studio 2008, the Silverlight SDK, and the developer runtime. So, if you install silverlight_chainer.exe, you do no need to install the runtime separately.
What page in particular are you having trouble seeing? It is possible that the problem is on the server and not with your installation.

I have uninstalled all the SL related stuff
then installed silverlight_chaniner.exe but same behavior
After installing the chaniner when i play any silverlight video on the web [let say some interview on the Channel9] nothing happens and timer get blank

Now same behavior with all SL additons
SL 1.0, SL 2.0 beta 1 and SL 2.0 beta 2 .[neither of them worked]

I am Thankful to all.
After using tuneuputilities , disk cleanup i am able to install silverlight chainer
Now I can view http://silverlight.net/community/gallerydetail.aspx sample websites
I am not able to view the videos on Channel9 as i think there is some security implmented by the newtork guy to stop some file extension
