VS_SilverlightTools_Beta2_Setup.exe) failed with 0x80070643

Hi gus:

When i install the silverlight_chainer.exe,it seems to be failed at install VS_SilverlightTools_Beta2_Setup.exe.

The relational log file is bellow, I do not install silverlight beta1,so do not have the KB949325.

My OS is windows server 2003 CHT,but my VS2008 is CHS, and the silverlight_chainer.exe is CHS, Any problem???
