Hi there,
This applications have been damaged I guess after a windows update, I use to have silverlight 2 and vs2005 tools beta 1.
I have installed silverlight beta 2 using the last silverlight_chainer.exe and blend june preview and still have the same problem.
My system is:
Windows vista home premium 32 bits
VS 2008
Can somebody help me please, I have tried to uninstall the expression design and nothing happens the xSetup process is frozen.

I just found that one of the below windows update was causing this problem, so take in count if you have this problem:
Security Update for Windows Vista (KB950762)
Security Update for Windows Vista (KB951376)
Security Update for Windows Vista (KB951698)
