create static "about" page

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to show show static text in my silverlightapplication.
Like if I would create a textfile and everytime the site loads it reads the static text from the textfile.

I see lot's of solutions where the text is put in a textbox, but i don't want it in a textbox, i would like it in some sort of textblock.
Problem is that the paragraphs, formatting in general is gone.

Is there anybody who knows a good solution?
