Installed SL2.0 many times, but no use

I'm using a virtual PC with win2003 Standard Edition.

I've installed and reinstalled Silverlight2.0 Beta1 many times, every time it says installation completed but actually it is not. When browsing to SL applications, it keeps asking me to install. And in the "add/remove components", I can find the "silverlight", but the size of it is blank---obviously it is not installed properly.

 So what is the problem? any ideas?

(By the way, it is all fine with my actual pc,but in virtual PC it never works)

  I tested this in VPC:

OS: Windows 2003 Standard Edition
SP: SP2
Language: English

  Installed:

  http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/resources/installationFiles.aspx?v=2.0

  and it works fine. Have you added silverlight.net site to the trusted sites?
