I have installed Visual Web Developer & Silverlight using the MS Web Platform installer. All components appear to be in place including the SL Toolkit. But VWD does not show any Silverlight options under New Project and there is no Silverlight tab in the Select Toolbox items dialog, only .Net and COM. I've been using VWD for over a year. I've seen a few comments on this problem and I've taken the advice given (uninstall, Install CleanUp, reinstall) but nothing has changed. Am I missing something?

Try resetting the VS templates.This article is based on the VS2005, it should work for VS2008 too.http://geekswithblogs.net/ehammersley/archive/2005/11/08/59451.aspx

I can't find any reset function in Visual Web Developer Express. Can you tell me how to do that?

Thanks for the help. The actual advice didn't work with VWDE, but I finally did enough uninstalls and reinstalls to get it done.
