Sequence header index entry does not match expected

I watch netflix movies, so I end up using Silverlight. I have noticed that the movie will often stop playing and turn into a blank screen. Every time this happens, I find the "Sequence header index entry does not match expected" in silverlight's Logging system. Can anyone provide any information or help with this? Thanks, Balpeck!

Re: Sequence header index entry does not match expected

It is something to do with digital video data being compressed by indexing for motion video that is compressed using interframe and intraframe techniques. See if this article sheds some light
